Shipping Policy
Last updated: 2026. We ship medical, laboratory and homecare equipment across Kenya and East Africa.
Order processing
Orders placed before 3 PM EAT are processed the same business day. Weekend orders go out on Monday.
Nairobi & metro
Same-day or next-day delivery within Nairobi via our own riders or trusted courier partners.
Upcountry Kenya
1–3 business days via G4S, Wells Fargo, Easy Coach or Modern Coast parcel services.
East Africa
3–7 business days to Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan via bonded carriers.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination. Small accessories ship from KES 300; heavy or oversized equipment (beds, autoclaves, refrigerators) is quoted per delivery. Pickup from our Nairobi CBD store is always free.
Order tracking
Once dispatched, you receive an SMS / email with the courier name and a tracking or waybill number. You can also reply to your order confirmation or WhatsApp us on 0717 850 850 for status updates.
Large & sensitive equipment
For items such as patient monitors, oxygen concentrators, blood-bank refrigerators and X-ray viewers, we arrange specialised handling and, where applicable, on-site installation and basic user training.
Delays beyond our control
Weather, customs clearance, public holidays or courier disruptions may occasionally delay delivery. We will keep you informed and do everything reasonable to get your order to you on time.
